Event & Gathering Security

You host a lot — it's part of who you are and how you build. Our job is to make sure the only thing your guests remember is the evening.

The Problem We Solve

A great party is a soft target that posts its own location

A backyard fundraiser in Westlake. A launch party downtown. A wedding at a Hill Country venue. Fifty to five hundred people, an address that's circulating in group chats, valets, vendors, and a live feed of Instagram stories geotagging your home in real time.

Traditional event security answers that with visible guards and a metal-detector energy that kills the room. We answer it with planning: vendor vetting, guest-list protocols, arrival choreography, and staff who read as hosts and coordinators. The security works because nobody notices it working.

We cover the Austin calendar's big moments too — when SXSW, F1 weekend, or ACL fills the city and your guest list goes international, we scale quietly with it.

Typical engagements

  • Private dinners & salons. Ten to forty guests at your home, with discreet perimeter awareness and vendor oversight.
  • Launches, fundraisers & showcases. Venue advances, access control that feels like hospitality, and media/photo boundaries enforced gracefully.
  • Weddings & milestone celebrations. Family-aware planning, gift and asset custody, and gate-crash prevention that never embarrasses anyone.
  • Ranch & lake weekends. Multi-day coverage across large properties, boats, and guest transportation.
  • High-season surges. SXSW, F1, and ACL-week hosting, when Austin's visitor volume changes the math.

How It Runs

Choreography, not checkpoints

  1. Advance

We walk the venue or property ahead of time — approaches, parking, staff access, blind spots, and where things bottleneck when a hundred people arrive at once.

  2. Vet

Vendors, temporary staff, and transportation get checked before they get access. Quietly, and without slowing your planner down.

  3. Host

On the night, our people blend into the event's own staffing. Guests are greeted, not screened. Issues get resolved out of sight before they become stories.

  4. Close

Departures, vendors out, property checked, anything sensitive secured. You go to bed; we close the loop.

Questions

What hosts ask us

Will security make my event feel heavy or corporate?

No. Our staff dress to the event's dress code and operate inside its hospitality flow — most guests assume they're part of the planning team. Visible "guard energy" is a design failure we don't ship.

How far in advance should I book event security in Austin?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for most private events. For SXSW, F1 weekend, ACL, or wedding season, reach out six to eight weeks ahead — those windows are heavily committed.

Can you keep my event and address off social media?

We can't control every phone, but we can shape the outcome: no-geotag guest guidance, photography boundaries, staff monitoring for live posts, and venue choices that don't expose your home address. Most leaks are preventable with planning.

What does event security cost?

Per event, quoted after a short call about venue, guest count, duration, and profile. A discreet two-person team for a private dinner is a very different engagement than a multi-day ranch weekend, and pricing reflects that honestly.
