Executive Protection
Not an entourage. Not a statement. A capable professional who happens to be nearby — for the moments when your calendar, your visibility, or your circumstances call for one.
When It Makes Sense
Most protection needs are seasons, not lifestyles
Very few people need a permanent detail, and we won't pretend otherwise. What founders actually encounter are periods: a contentious exit or layoff cycle, sudden press attention, a divorce or dispute turning ugly, a threatening message that changes the temperature, a public appearance that's been advertised for months.
Our model is built for that reality. Protection scales up for the season and back down when it passes — with the same small bench of professionals each time, so the person beside you already knows your family, your preferences, and your city.
The aesthetic matters as much as the capability. Our people dress for your context and read as colleagues, advisors, or friends. If someone can tell you have protection, we've done it wrong.
Common engagements
- Public appearances. Keynotes, panels, premieres, and conferences — including the SXSW and F1 circuits at home.
- Elevated-risk periods. Threats, harassment, litigation, layoffs, or press cycles that change your exposure for weeks or months.
- Transactions & announcements. Exits, funding rounds, and deals that make your name suddenly interesting to strangers.
- Family coverage. Discreet accompaniment for spouses and children when a situation touches the household.
- Travel details. Protection integrated with our travel security planning for higher-risk destinations.
Standards
Who stands next to you matters
We staff thin and select hard.
Every protector we field is licensed in Texas, insured, and personally vetted by our founder — a former U.S. Army Ranger who holds the people around your family to the standard he learned in the military's most demanding units. Experience is table stakes; we select for judgement, restraint, and social intelligence, because the job is ninety-nine percent reading rooms and one percent everything else.
Questions
What clients ask us
Will it be obvious I have protection?
No. Low profile is the entire design: plain clothes matched to your context, unmarked vehicles, and positioning that reads as staff or colleague. Most clients' own friends never notice.
Are your protectors armed?
Where legally appropriate and where the assessment supports it, yes — all personnel are licensed under Texas law. Armed coverage is a scoping decision we make together, not a default.
Can I get protection for a single event?
Yes. Single-appearance details are common and often the right call. No retainer required.
I received a threat. How fast can you respond?
Call us at 866.960.7475. For clients in the Austin area we can typically stand up interim coverage quickly while we assess the threat properly and design the right longer response.
